Bought this playmat after reading all the other reviews. Easy set up, they just connect to each other.
They have an oily film on them. I scrubbed it down with regular dish washing liquid and removed most of it but they still leave a slippery residue on the wood floors.
So makes me wonder about what this oil is since babies will taste everything in sight. For now we cover it with a blanket to make sure our baby doesn't eat that oily film. We let it air out for awhile because it ... Read More

Based on all the good reviews, I purchased 4 sets of these for my 7 months old baby girl. I couldn't be happier. She just learnt how to sit-up and I don't want all those extra pillows around her. These mats are life saver. She can sit-up and play with her toys and I don't have to worry about her falling on head if I don't catch her fast enough. She feels safe and she can enjoy all her toys.

I have had these for over a year now and they are just as durable as the day I got them. I have all tile floors so I had to put something in our playroom. These are perfect. They are warm to sit on and easy to lift up and clean. I just spray them with warm soapy water and let them air dry. My kids have spilled all kinds of things on them and they wash right off.

These are perfect for my 9 month old to practice his "moves" on the floor!
They are easy to keep clean and stay together when he scoots and crawls. They are also easy to store and transport from place to place; we recently brought them on vacation with us to a cabin in Georgia. Definitely a great value for the money.

don't bother with any mats less than 3/4" - these are so much thicker, my 6 month old could sit and fall on her head as much as she liked without hurting herself - whereas at friends houses who had the ABC or less thick mats she hurt herself when she fell. also with the ABC mats, babies spend the whole time taking out the letters, undoing the borders and chewing them. these ones are quick and easy to put together and are easily hidden under our sofa. only wish i'd bought 2 packs straight away to ...
