I feel this whistle is advertised poorly. From the deceiving review it appears that the whistle will only produce very high frequencies that the dog can hear but the neighbors will not. Part of this is true, however I believe that this statement misleads the customer into thinking the whistle operates only in this high frequency register such that humans can not hear it at all.
