I have two beagles. 1 let me clip his nails and he was always an angel. The other put up a subtle, but persistant fight from day 1. She squirmed and wiggled and showed distress, but never bit or cried. All of that and I never once clipped a nail to show blood. I have a German Shepherd who hates to have his nails cut. In fact he does not even like me touching his feet. I kept buying various nail clippers. Nothing worked. Still getting my boy used to it. Love that there no more sharp claws or cutting the quik anymore. Just adopted a new dog from the Animal Shelter. Will have to use on him after he gets settled in. Highly recommend it.

I received the nail grinder in a timely manor and was more than plesed with the price. The stores in my area were 20.00 higher. The grinder works fine and makes the nail trimming for my 2 dogs a lot easier.

One of my dogs has very brittle nails. When I would use regular nail clippers it would just cause his nails to splinter and in the end they would be sharper then if I hadn't trimmed them in the first place. He was killing my brand new furniture so much that I had to put down blankets to keep him from doing more damage. Since I purchased this product and used it his nails have been great.
