This is a piece of junk. Yes, you can adjust the pitch of the whistle; however, it is NEVER an inaudible/ultrasonic pitch.

The Dogit dog training whistle helped me control my two Chihuahua's barking. Everytime they barked, I blew the whistle and they would stop. I guess they didn't like the ultra sonic sound it emitted. Every once in a while I have to reinforce their bad barking behavior, but it's getting to the point where I have to do that less and less. Great product for the price.
