We love to go canoeing and kayaking and want our dogs to take part in our adventures. We have pontoons for our canoe so it will not tip over. I bought this flotation device for my older dog who is having trouble walking. Swimming is a great exercise for him but he was having trouble getting out of the water. This gives him more confidence in the water and there is a handle on it, so i can provide assistance for him when he is coming out. We both LOVE it!
