I didn't like this product - it needed to be screwed onto the window and was small and flimsy. I'm still thinking about returning it.

I never thought I would find a cat perch that would work with the sliding windows in my mobile home, but to my surprise, this one installed in under 5 minutes without velcro tape or screws. This shelf is sturdy, even when my silly Burmese hangs off the edge of it. She loves this shelf. I live in San Diego, and right now the night time temperature is about 70. The hardware on this shelf fits aquariums as well, though you may need to do some custom adjusting, which is why we bought this particular one for our cat.

The product can quickly and as advertised. It was not quite as easy to install as advertised, but they did suggest a workaround and that did work.
