I used Mrs. Meyer's Oatmeal Pet Shampoo on my mini Dachshund for the first time yesterday. My dog has a very shiny, healthy, tight coat to begin with, but after his Mrs. Meyer's bath, he came out as smooth as silk! I was so impressed with how soft his fur felt after his bath! I also appreciated that the shampoo does not leave a heavy, perfumed smell...just a faint whisper of a very nice, natural scent. Can't wait for his next bath time!!! I originally found this shampoo at Target along with the wipes. They have stopped carrying this brand which put me in a panic. I love this stuff for my dogs. Lathers well and makes the puppies smell nice. Glad it's still around.

Very good shampoo. Gets the dirt out but seems to be gentle on my sensitive skinned Wheaten Terrier. It was a good value because I purchased on a buy 3, get 1 free promotion. I prefer this over many other shampoos I've tried.

We tried this shampoo on our Lab today and it works wonderfully well. Even after two thorough lathers, our dog usually smells like wet wool after her bath (until she dries). We lathered her twice w/ Mrs. Meyers shampoo and our girl was smelling sweet even when she was still wet. Now that her coat is dry, she is silky, soft and shiny. Really brings out the luster in her coat. I will buy this again and think you will like it, too.

So far after giving both of my Lab's about 3 o 4 showers, and using Meyers oatmeal pet shampoo it leaves their coat nice and shiny. They smell great for a few days, but like any other dogs they get dirty pretty fast.
The shampoo works great, foams better than some of the ones you might find in pet stores and it actually smells really good....which makes giving them a shower a pleasing experience. No chemical or "artificial" smells left on your hands...no dog smell either,ja,ja!
