I have the Model Port-a-crate E24 for the house. I wanted a smaller one for the car. Like the others, I also ordered the Model Port-a-crate E20 by Firstrax and received instead the Port-a-crate e by Petnation. I have contacted Amazon and they are sending a new one. I will let you know if they send the right one this time. This is the first time I have had an issue with Amazon.

I ordered the Firstrax Port-A-Crate E-24 for $[...] in June, expecting to receive the one pictured and described in the ad. After waiting several days I received one that was not at all the one ordered altho it said it was Model E-24. This one did not have the carrying handle or even all of the screening for air. I sent it back and just the other day RECEIVED THE SAME WRONG STYLE. Needless to say I'm returning it for a refund. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I probably will not order ... Read More

I ordered the Port-A-Crate Model E-24 for $29.95 with free shipping from Amazon in May. The carrier I received was not the one I ordered although it had a tag on it that said it was Model E-24. It did not have a carrying handle which the picture on the website indicated it did. I called and was treated very respectfully and assured a replacement would go out that day with fast shipping.
