My kitten LOVES her new condo. Sturdy, easy to assemble and a perfect size. I recommend not giving kitty the yarn toy that comes with it. My cat destroyed both of them very quickly and I had to keep pulling the yarn pieces out of her mouth so she wouldn't choke. I attached a more indestructible cat toy to the elastic and she loves it. My cat always sleeps in the little tunnel on the top. Over all a great purchase!

When we initially received the condo scratching post we decided we were going to return it because the shade of blue was not what we expected. The quality of the carpet and materials is also not as good as other similar products you can buy, but it is cheaper. When we attempted to send the product back, we found out that we had to pay for shipping (around $20.) We felt the company's return policy was rather poor. Companys such as Drs.
