I've had various aquariums since I was a kid, but for some reason I've always like just plain, glass fishbowls instead of big, clunky tanks. To me, they are just more aesthetically pleasing but keeping fish alive and happy in a simple glass bowl is next to impossible which is why I am so incredibly happy with the bOrb bowl. I recently purchased a Biorb. I was totally disgusted with it.
Noise - the air pump makes such a noise it can be heard 4 rooms away and is keeping the household awake at night.
Advertising - none of the pictures used to advertise the product show the number of wires and tubes which are ugly.
Light - the light that came in the box does not have the adjustable functions described in the poor instruction booklet
