These work well if you really do what it says. At first I just plopped my strawberries in the bag and tucked the top like it said, but failed to pay attention to the part about being sure the produce is DRY first. It's a little extra work to have to paper towel the things before, but it's worth it if you can extend the time on your produce. I gave 2 stars rather than 1, b/c they did work a LITTLE.
The trick to keeping your stuff super fresh...is you have to take them out of the bag and wipe out the bag every day. That's a lot of maintenance. Bagged items in the fridge keep longer than bagged items on the counter. I leave my bananas and tomatoes on the counter...they lasted at most two days longer than normal.

I have used these with a few different vegetables so far, and I think that they really do extend the life of them. There are plenty of bags in the box to last you a while if you re-use them. So, I would recommend these to anyone with refrigerators full of veggies that don't get used immediately.

I have not been able to eat all the Bartlett pears from costco in years but with these bags I now can. They don't rot so fast.

I ordered these from a tv commercial a few months ago. They certainly extend the life of bananas, I can keep salad fixings longer. Bought Blueberries in bulk on sale using only a cup or two at at time and they held in the refrig for over 3 weeks!!!
Just be sure to leave produce as is from the market and only wash/rinse prior to use.
