IF you hate scooping litter and you're bad at it (i.e., forget sometimes) this is the product for you! SO worth the money! I have never been happier with any product I've ever purchased! It may be because I hate scooping so much and I feel guilty for forgetting. The box is always clean just the way the cats love it. I've had no issues or problems, it does exactly what it says it does. I am a loyal customer of this robot from now on. I would give it 10 stars if I could. =)
