The Roddy 175 is a bargain!

Smooth operation, bait clicker is a great addition, and nice overall quality.

I practice casted with the supplied line, on a 7 foot Medium Heavy casting rod, and I could whip out a 3/4 oz. weight accurately and with distance.

Re spooled with 17 lb test, this will work great tossing Mirrorlure Top Dogs and live shrimp with 3/4 bullet weights for snook, snapper and redfish.
