This is a great little case for a dell mini 9. It is made of "leather look" vinyl and has relatively thick foam padding inside both the main compartment and the smaller compartment. The case holds the mini well, but there are a few things worth mentioning:
1. The case smells a bit when you first open it up. It has a chemical smell that goes away with time. Not a big deal.

This little case fits my Dell Mini perfectly. The inside straps that secure the computer fit snugly and hold the computer securely. Using it while it is in the case gives me an extra feeling of security - I don't worry so much about what would happen if I dropped it. The outside pocket is big enough for the power cord, mouse pad, and mini mouse. Other cases I have tried were either too big, or didn't accommodate the mouse and power cord. And it looks really nice - good quality.

I tried a number of cases for my mini 9 before finding this one, which is just perfect! The pocket on the front is large enough to fit the plug and a couple of other wires, it is well put together and comfortable to carry - I highly recommend it.

Kinda makes you look like you're carrying a purse.
