This is a very nice set of earrings for a reasonable price. (I paid $39.99.) My ears are double pierced, and the 3mm pair are the perfect size to compliment larger earrings.
I was also pleased to see that although the earrings appear to have a matte finish in the photo, they are bright and shiny, like the gold ball earrings Amazon sells separately.
Also, my skin can be very sensitive, but with the gold posts and backings, these earrings do not bother my skin at all.

I am a real low maintainace gal and these are just perfect for me. I can sleep in them with comfort and look great on the way out the door. I have had nothing but satisfaction with this set. For less than $30, these were a steal!

I have bought several pairs of 14 kt gold ball earrings here at Amazon for myself and my daughters and have been happy with the quality. Thin posts and backs that really "catch" are important to me, to decrease the inevitable "Mom, I lost a back again" and "Mom, I lost a post again" comments.

I bought these for my infant daughter. She had her ears pierced six months ago. I was trying these earrings to replace the ones used for the piercing. After one wear my daughter's ears had an ugly rash behind them. I removed these earrings and I am now treating the rash. I will not use these again. I know my daughter is not allergic to real gold because she has worn real gold earrings before. Something is not right about these "gold" earrings.
