I am so happy with the new TomTom I ordered for my husband for christmas. He gets lost as soon as he leaves the parking lot! It has great volume capabilities. It is nice and loud. It also has some great features I was not expecting such as alarm notification if you leave it in your vehicle, choice of voice notification, language and accent. It is hysterical. First I bought a TomTom for myself. I liked it so much I bought one for my wife. We liked our TomTom's so much we bought TomTom's for both our sons! That makes four TomTom's and four happy travelers!! You can't beat TomTom's bang for the buck.

The only negative to this system is you have to use an address, you cannot enter a name.

Although it;s the bottom of the line gps it does everything we want in a gps to do. It's easy to use and very accurate.

My 16-year-old daughter is brilliant in most everything except directions; she loved my TomTom and found it easy to set up and use (as most of today's teens will). It was the perfect gift for her as she travels to many distant areas due to school. My nephew, equally 'challenged' in the directions category, loves his, too. Price, ease of use, accuracy ... can't be beat in my book!
