The 2 units I ordered arrived promptly and in good condition despite being in the middle of the Xmas madness. The units were FAIRLY easy to assemble. All the parts were there and they were well labelled. Only a few minor errors in the assembly instructions. One unit ignited easily while the other was a bit of a problem but eventually did.
