I read tons of reviews for this product and decided I should try it for my dog that only howls/barks when I leave the house (separation anxiety), since my landlord is losing his patience with my situation. The collar worked for single barks, but not for my dog's howling. I would come home and she would smell like the citronella, so I know the collar was working, but it just doesn't seem that it worked for her. For anyone who's having malfunctioning collars, you must have put it together wrong. The instructions are simple. My dog is the type that only does tricks when she knows you have a treat, so I figure she outsmarted this training technique as well. Hopefully this seller has a return policy. Now I have to get back money to help pay for her voice box surgery.

This works for my dog! We adopted him and he came with this collar. We did not use it as he was not barking so much until we adopted an additional dog. New dog chewed up and destroyed the collar. I had to buy another one and came to you for replacement. If New dog needs to eventually have one, I will be back.

This product worked wonders for our Jack Russell. Unfortunately, after about 6 moths of use the device developed a leak and no longer worked properly. I also felt a little guilty because it would squirt her when she yawned or sneezed. She still tries to yawn quietly, but she is back to barking like crazy again.

I previously rated this spray collar on the lower side of the stars because I thought this was the GENTLE LEADER REMOTE and it wasn't. Now, I have the package opened, and I can't use it and cannot return it either because of their return policy. In the future, I will read and re-read the ads to make sure I am ordering the product I am actually looking to purchase. The customer service here is great tho, and I will order other products from this company. They were prompt in mailing and response.

The collar works to stop the barking, but it also sprays with just a low growl or a yip of excitement. It is just too sensitive. I thought I would be able to adjust the level so that he could at least make a little sound. We just wanted to get rid of excessive barking!
