Our dog park uses this brand and we are impressed. Strong, durable, environmentally friendly, and relatively inexpensive. If you go to the mutt mitt website there are other products to buy as well, and some deals on bulk ordering.

Sure you can use the plastic bags your newspaper or groceries come in to clean up after your dog, but sometimes those break or leak and you end up with messy hands.
The Mutt Mitt is heavy-duty -- you stick your hand it it and the bottom is double-heavy. Just scoop up the mess, pull your hand back out -- thus reversing the mitt so the "duty" is fully inside, and knot the mitt.
No fuss, no muss, no leakage, no smell or dirty hands. Great product.

These bags are great. They really keep your hands better protected than if you use regular plastic bags. My home is never without this product!

They might be more bulky than those thin bags that come it a tight roll but Mutt Mitts are tough and still biodegrade. We've never had one split open whilst 'collecting' and having the extra layers around the business end of the bag is very reasuring! We've bought a couple of those retractable lease 'saddle bags' and we just stuff the side pockets with a bunch of Mutt Mitts and we're good to go......and go....and go!

This is a wonderful product. When I think of all the baggies I use for my doggie waste it is truly mind boggling. This is a way to hopefully counteract all that waste of plastic.
If you are environmentally conscious and a dog owner, this is a geat thing.
