I was excited this gate came today in the mail! I am so happy that it fits!! I was a little worried at first, because my doorway is exactly 59 1/2" and the gate only extends to 60". No worries now though. It is in place and ready for my son when he wakes up!!!!
This gate looks attractive in my home and is also very easy for me to step over(I am only 5'1")!
I was able to assemble the gate, understand how to install it and DO the installing all within 10 minutes!
What a great deal for $28.00! Free shipping too!!! WOO HOO!
Get this gate! You won't regret it!

We have an open walkway between our kitchen eating area and the family room. During the day we keep 2 small dogs in there (tile floor). None of the standard baby gates are wide enough - we use one in the doorway to the kitchen. This one expands to 60" and our opening is about 55". It takes a little wrist strength to twist the ends for tension, but no problem for me (male). My wife struggles with the twist and getting enough tension to hold it in place. Not a big deal, just a small learning curve on how to affix in doorway.
Would not recommend for aggressive dogs. puppies, or children. The mesh sides of the gate could easily be chewed, ripped, or torn away.

Easy to assemble. Works great on wide, uneven spaces/doorways. I use it to block off the kitchen to keep my puppy in while I'm away. She jumps and pushes it all the time and the gate never budges. If you prefer gates with no hardware, I recommend this as an option. It doesn't leave marks on the walls, either. Great buy.

I really enjoy this gate. It's tall and fits the wider spaces in my house. (Most gates seem to only go up to 48"). It's also a cinch to use. I can stick it up or take it down in seconds. No hardware involved. Just the gate. I highly recommend it.

i purchased this gate, because it would be removable for use in a vacation rental on the porch. it worked out great, except for my mistake in thinking the porch opening was larger than it actually was. i also would have liked to have been able to take it apart for traveling, and i was unable to do so.
