Easy to put together, easy to install. Will never use the wooden/rope gates again. With the tension adjustment, this gate cannot be pushed over and the adjustment is done with a slight turn of the end piece. A great improvement. Our family now has 4.

Product met expectations and works very well. It is configured to not require permanent mounting at the apartment.

We bought this gate as our son was starting to learn to move around on his own, and he's already fallen over onto it. The soft mesh made sure he didn't get hurt! The installation was very easy, and I had it up in less than 10 minutes. Many pressure mounted gates do not cover a full range of openings, but this gate can easily adjust to any size opening within the listed range. We had no trouble installing it in our entry, which was in the middle of the listed range.
This gate is also very sturdy, and I am not worried about knocking into it because it fits so snugly into the opening. My husband and I have both bumped into it as we've moved around, and we have not had to adjust it since it was installed.
I am on the shorter side(5-feet, 2-inches), so the gate is too tall for me to easily walk over. We have another gate that opens for me to walk through while holding the baby, but if you are shorter, and you want to put the gate in a path you would use all the time, this might not be the best gate for you.

This gate is great. Took it on vacation with us, and it worked like a charm. Took it down to the smallest size and it fit right in my trunk!!!! Very versatile and can be used in many doorways and stairways, a must for parents who travel alot!! (by car)

I like this gate when it is installed but what a pain in the butt to install. It works well when the opening is uneven but do not use it at the top of stairs. They say that it is portable but you would have to go through a lot of trouble to roll it up like they suggest. Overall, I think is is worth the money.
