This works great, holds the pads down so puppy won't play with them. Keeps the floor clean too. Just the right size for our Chihuahua.

I don't understand complaints. It only takes a little encouragement to
get a new puppy or older dog to use. I really do not see a problem. I own 3 different sizes
and have one 3lb Maltese and one 6lb Maltese and they have no problems!
I am thankful I found them. They are wonderful. Much better than lying newspapers down.
I love them and so do my Maltese who are trained to go outside and these were
so easy to get them to use for times when no one can get them out or may not be home in time.
Just a little of consistant fun training and they are ready to go as if they always had.
They are wonderful. And my dogs have very small legs short legs and no problem at all.
All pets have to be encouraged and praised. My little doggies love the attention to be taught
a new good habit for their emergencies. Breaking Sunrise

This tray is great for small breed dogs/puppies. I have the standard size pads which I folded to fit. Works great.

The sides on the product were too high and our little dog did not like walking on it, thus the product was a waste and we are stuck using the pads themselves (and our dog peeing on the edge of the pad which results on her peeing on the floor). If you have a small dog, I would not use this product.

I bought this item in Jan. 07, when it was priced at $6.99. For what I paid it is o.k., though the plastic tray bed is a bit warped. But the price has suddenly doubled -- take it from me, THIS TRAY IS NOT WORTH $14.99! I don't know what is going on at this company -- they also just doubled the price of their pee pads out of the blue. They have lost my business!
