I have a bunch of cats of my own, and foster for a local rescue group too so I'm always loooking for the perfect litter. I've been using Swheat Scoop for years, but I'm partially disabled and carrying 80 lbs of litter every week has been a major problem. When a friend told me about the BREEZE system, I was skeptical - you know the old saying, if it seems to good to be true......... Well, I'm pleased to say it's wonderful!
A couple of my own antique cats who've had major litter issues have started consistently using the litter box for the first time in years. And my foster kittens love it!
A couple caveats - it did take me almost 2 months to completely stop using the Swheat Scoop. Like some other reviewers said, my cats started using the BREEZE for peeing right away, but not for pooping for a long time. And I'm home most of the time, so I do scoop poop pretty much every time I walk by a box. If I was away for 8 - 10 hours a day, I might not be so happy!
I also admit that I sometimes cheat and use a folded puppy pad when I run low on the pee pads, and I have to say it works just about as well.
And for cats with loose stool, it does get messy, but I just take a damp paper towel and wipe up anything that smooshes on the bottom or side of the box. All in all, it takes me about 1/4 the amount of time, and costs me about 1/2 as much as Swheat Scoop.
NOTE to Tidy Cat (the manufacturer) - please make economy size packages of the pellets and pads, and how about a hood?

This item apparently is available both in the "grocery" section and in the "home and garden" section. Items from "grocery" are not returnable, so if you want this, it might be wiser to buy it from the "home and garden" section.

Love this product! I set up the old litter box next to the new one and rubbed their paws (I have two cats) in the new one and they used it immediately. I removed the old one after a few days. There is no smell and the pad is wonderful- the urine just goes right through to it. I live in a small apartment and have been looking for a good litter box that doesn't smell and doesn't track litter for a long time- here it is!

I love this litter box! My kitties have been using the Breeze system for 2 months. They transitioned over to it very well as they were already accustomed to using pine litter pellets. It is ideal for small living spaces. I live in a small apartment with 2 cats and there is nearly no odor or mess with this litter box. It is extremely easy to clean and requires a lot less work and hassle compared to other types of litter. With my 2 cats, I replace the pad every 4 days and the pellets about every 2 weeks. The pellets quickly dry out the solid waste so that it does not smell for long if you are not around to remove it right away and the urine is trapped away in the pad underneath. There is next to no tracking. A few pellets get knocked out but they do not go far.
The only negative thing I have to share about the box is that they occasionally pee over the front of it. It happened a lot in the first week but is now a rare occasion as they have adjusted to the box. I keep a puppy pad underneath the box for easy clean up when this happens.
This system is a little more expensive than things I have tried in the past, but it is well worth the few extra dollars (if your kitty is agreeable, of course)!

The Tidy Cat Breeze Litter Box System seemed like a good idea at first but instead of using the litter box to use the bathroom, my cat thought it would be a lot more fun to get as many of those pellets as he could out of the box and eat them. And then throw up. So, overall, I'd suggest that you just stick with your traditional litter box.
