So I've always used regular clumping litter and have always had problems keeping the smells down even with enclosed littler boxes and emptying them frequently. We have 3 cats and purchased 2 of these systems to replace our 2 littler boxes. I was definitely scared to purchase this system because I was afraid that it would work just as bad as regular littler, but boy was I wrong. I am sooooo happy I did. I scoop the poop out every few days (it's an open box so you see it) I rotate the cat pad in the tray whenever I scoop out the poop and I replace the pad once a week. I've been using the system over a month now and our cats love it just as much.
I didn't introduce them to it the way the instructions said though... I put both boxes next to each other and just quit dipping the old one, the cats would still poop in there but they wouldn't pee in the old box, after 2 weeks of this I just took away the old boxes and the cats used the new ones just fine, no accidents or retaliations...
You can also save money by ordering the pellets and pads from Amazon's auto ship program!
This is by far the best option for cat littler!!!

but after spending the money and getting the item, I couldn't be happier. The pad absorbs an amazing amount of waste before stinking. In fact, I even forgot to change it this week and it was there for 9 days and there was still no smell, and I have two cats.
The cost is very reasonable, as I was spending around $9 a week on scoop litter, as opposed to spending around $40 initially and being set for a couple of months with this system.
My cats took about 4 days to get used to it, but once they did it was smooth sailing! Just have to make sure you scoop the solid waste out every day or so, as it can pile up quickly as they can't really bury it.
Great product!

My husband and I bought the Breeze Litter System after some friends of ours swore to us about its greatness. We thought we'd take a chance on it...and boy has it paid off. The system is amazing and has made the once disgusting task of cleaning and smelling the litter box vanish. The magic is in the pellets that are the "litter". They don't absorb the urine so it drains down into a super absorbent pad. This eliminates 98% of the smell. The rest of the smell can be eliminated by a simple daily cleaning. This cleaning will take you about 20 seconds from start to finish, and is way easier than cleaning a normal litter box because you have far far less to clean. We replace the pad weekly, and the pellets monthly. All in all...you need this litter system!!

We got the new system for free by participating in this quiz game on TidyCat's website a few weeks ago. Got the system yesterday and I set it up last night and placed it on top of the old litter box (we have one of those litter box with a top cover and a hole for them to get in) and then we went to sleep. We have two adult cats at home and instead of easing them through the transition, I wanted to see how adaptive they are to new things. They probably did their "investigating" of box last night (while we were sleeping), this morning, I checked the new breeze box and i am completely amazed that they "went right at it". NO ISSUES over here at all!!!!!! I am so thrill that I will not need to clean our wooden floor every day anymore to pick up the litter!!!!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this breeze system and yes, it may cost a little more to replace the pellets/pads compared to litter...but it's all worth it! BF has light asthma and every time he cleans the litter box, he gets this minor attack due to dust. I can't go near it, coz I have allergies myself. So this is a great product for our health and will certainly keep our place clean of litter going forward!
I am tempted to add one more bag of the pellets in there since our cats are in the habit of burying their "thing" and one bag doesn't seem enough. Thoughts anyone?

This is the best cat litter I have ever owned. The cats were unsure at first but after using it to poop in a couple times and watching me flush the poo down the toilet they were sold. There is NO cat litter smell and if you smell anything it is the poop which you just flush down the toilet and WHA-LAA no more poop smell just like when humans use the bathroom.
